June Community Class: Bloom
Wednesday, June 21 st 6:30-7:30pm
In this class, we’ll practice a yoga asana sequence to build strength, awareness, and ease. Soft-tissue massage and restorative postures will help us soothe our nervous systems and become more attuned to our perception and insight.
We’ll learn meditation and pranayam techniques to help steady our thoughts as we move closer to a state of connection and contemplation.
Each month, we offer a free class to our community. We are committed to making our offerings accessible while also paying our teachers for their labor and expertise. These classes are made possible by our patrons and donors. You may take this class at no charge or by making a donation.
